QUAGENTI, George C. Of Hyde Park passed away peacefully on March 3rd at the age of 92. He was the loving husband of Anne (Settipani) for 64 wonderful years and a devoted father to Joan E. Quagenti of Hyde Park. Cherished brother of the late Samuel, Domenic "Don Henry" Joseph, Michael, Angelo, Henry, Lena Aloisi and Jennie Mondello and he leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home, 22 Oak St., HYDE PARK, Monday morning at 9. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Most Precious Blood Church, Hyde Park, at 10. Visiting hours Sunday evening from 4 to 8. Children's room available. Interment at St. Michael's Cemetery, Roslindale. George grew up in the West End of Boston, Belmont and Revere before settling in Hyde Park. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy in 1945 at Pearl Harbor. He was an active member of the Jolly Aces/Jolly Jokers, VFW Seniors, Parkway Seniors and the Dedham Retired Men's Club. George was a life-time member of the Massachusetts Locksmith Association, and a member of the American Legion.
