of Hyde Park, Nov. 15, suddenly, age 51.  Beloved husband of Joan Marie Pupi.  Cherished son of the late Cathy & William Weltman.  Devoted father of Angela, Lisa & Maria Blomquist, all of Hyde Park.  Cherished brother of Cathy Blomquist of Boston, Robert Blomquist of Hyde Park, Billy Weltlman of Hyde Park, Scott Blomquist of Carver & Joe Blomquist of Hyde Park.  Loving grandfather of 7 grandchildren and also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, in-laws & close friends.  Funeral from the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home, 22 Oak St., HYDE PARK, Monday Dec. 2 at 9, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Most Precious Blood Church at 10AM.  Visiting hours Sunday evening from 4-8.  Relatives & friends invited.  Interment at Fairview Cemetery.  Jerome was a father to all & he will be greatly missed.  For directions & guestbook, please visit thomasfuneralhomes.com
