Carter of Washington. Brother of the late Francis, Tobin, and George. Also survived by 3 grandchildren and nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be concelebrated in Our Lady of the Cedars of Lebanon Church, 61 Rockwood St., Jamaica Plain, Thursday morning at 11. Relatives and friends invited.
