HAMWEY, Adele (Kassab) Of Roslindale, "a very special woman whose greatest joy was spending time with her family", October 18, surrounded by her loving family, age 88. Beloved wife of the late Saleem of 54 years. Devoted mother of Cynthia Hamwey of Roslindale, Karen O'Neill and her husband Thomas of Dedham and Michael and his wife Angela of West Yarmouth. Cherished sister of the late Nellie Bouris and Mary Affsa. Loving grandmother of Mallory Vaughan and her husband Richard, Matthew O'Neill, Michael, Adam and Colby Hamwey. Also survived by many loving relatives and friends. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday evening from 5-8 at St. John of Damascus Church, 300 West St., Dedham (Rte. 135 at 128). A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday morning at 10 at the church, Father John Teebagy officiating. Relatives and friends invited. Interment at Fairview Cemetery, Hyde Park. I have had the fortune to have been Adelle hairdresser for over 40 years, in that time she became for me a second Mother, I loved her dearly & will miss her , Heaven has another Angel to watch over us, Sleep well my friend.<3
