To the family: My tears are shed because a strong, funny, beloved man is no longer able to smile at us and make us feel important and loved. Uncle Sammy... you are dearly missed. You were the one that all the guys flocked to because you were the cool one. So handsome and charismatic... I miss you Uncle Sammy. Ricky, Anita, Sammy, Auntie JeeJee... love you. Remember that he is with the rest of the family we have had to say goodbye to. I miss them all :'( but remember that we will see them all again. I will keep you in my heart and mind.

Always remember no matter what happens to us in life, no one can take away our memories of the family. My mom always worried about him when he was young wondering what he was going to get into. I'm sorry to loose such a special Uncle, he will be missed greatly.
Although I didn't have the opportunity to get to know him until 5 years ago, I felt I had known him my entire life.
Thanks to Uncle Sammy, I have gotten to know the Conti side of my family and I hope to spend more time with all of them.

To the entire Conti Family;

Sam was a great man who deeply cared for his family, extended family along with his many-many friends.

Sam Conti gave tirelessly of himself to those he believed in the political arena, his neighborhood and beyond.

It is a crushing time that we all share in the loss of this genuine human being.
Sam's wisdom, laughter and love for humanity will be intensely missed yet, these special attributes will never be forgotten as they live on within us.

Sam made a difference in all of the lives he touched in this world and may he continue to inspire us all for eternity.

I am proud and honored to say that Sam was a friend of mine.

May you rest in peace.
