Cherished son of the late Bartley Sr. & Mary O'Malley of Ireland, devoted brother of Bartley Jr. & his wife Bridie of Hyde Park, Mary Hayes & her late husband John of Westwood, Bridie Dowling & her husband James of Bronx, NY, Ann Normoyle & her husband John of Bristol, CT & the late Coleman & Patrick. Brother in law of RoseMary O'Malley of Brooklyn, NY, also survived by many loving nieces, nephews & friends. Funeral from the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home, 22 Oak St., HYDE PARK, Thursday morning at 9 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Most Precious Blood Church, Hyde Park at 10, relatives & friends invited. Visiting hours Wednesday evening 4-8. Childrens room available. Interment at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester. I extend my heartfelt sympathy to the O' Malley family. It is never easy to find the right words to say but may those precious memories of your dear loved one be foremost in your hearts and minds along with this wonderful promise at John 5: 28,29 which says that soon our loved ones will be resurrected to life. As we await the fulfillment of this promise may the "god of all comfort", comfort you 2 Corinthians 1:3.
