Brother-in-law of Patricia and Stephen Dwyer of Norwood, Mary Penney of West Roxbury, Julie and Anthony Downs of West Roxbury, Daniel (BPD) and Katy Tracey of Quincy, and the late Thomas and Paul Tracey. "Uncle Bill" will be greatly missed by several nieces, nephews, grandnephews and many friends.
