Stephanie and Carter family: I am profoundly saddened to learn of Ann's passing today in the Boston Globe. I worked with both Ann and Toby in the South End for many years in a real estate capacity. I admired her acute intelligence, warmth, loyalty and kindness. I shall miss our many rich conversations. My sympathies and blessings to your family. May your devotion and love for her over the years be a consolation at this difficult time.
