SHAKER, Joseph Of West Roxbury, Jan. 1, age 74. Beloved husband of the late Lois (Hainline) Devoted son of the late Very Rev Abdallah J. Shaker and Violette (Ayoub). Cherished father of Carol Szczawinski and her husband Michael of Nahant, and William J. Shaker and his wife Theresa of Norwood. Devoted brother of Marie Shaker of West Roxbury, Odette Abdelnour and her husband James of West Roxbury, and Agnes Medwar and her husband Albert of Norwood. Loving grandfather of Amanda, Alexa and Emily. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral from the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home, 22 Oak St HYDE PARK, Thursday morning at 9 followed by a funeral service at 10 am at St. John of Damascus Church, 300 West St, Dedham (Corner Rte 135/128) Father John Teebaggy Officiating. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Wednesday evening from 4-8 at the Funeral home. Childrens room available. Interment at St. Joseph' s Cemetery, West Roxbury. Late Army Veteran.
