SARKES, George J. Of Hyde Park, Sept. 7, age 68. Beloved husband of Amina (Sawan). Cherished son of the late Najeeb and Mary (Domaney). Devoted father of Michael G. of Hyde Park. Cherished brother of Barbara Hanlon and her late husband Paul of Hyde Park, Lorraine Baldassari and her husband Richard of Sharon, son in law of Mariam Sawan of Roslindale. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews & friends. Funeral from the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home, 22 Oak St., HYDE PARK, Thursday morning at 10. Followed by a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Cedars of Lebanon Church at 11. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Wednesday evening from 4-8. Interment at Mt. Benedict Cemetery. Late Officer of the Saint Maron Society. Member of the Curry College Alumni Association & an Administrator for the Veterans' Association.
