Robert (Bobby) Leroy Beuchel, age 66, of Howe, Indiana passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2008 at the Heartland Hospice Home in Three Rivers, Michigan with his sister and brother-in-law by his side.

He was born in Auburn, Indiana on January 10, 1942 to Robert George and Mary Katherine (Seigel) Beuchel.

Mr. Beuchel worked at the Auburn Foundry in Auburn, IN before moving to Pinconning, MI in 1967. He worked at Magline, Inc in Pinconning, MI and retired from Northern Tube, inc in Pinconning, MI after 30 years of service. Mr. Beuchel enjoyed playing cards, (especially Texas Holdem') and playing Domino's with his family and friends. He had a heart of gold, helping many people during his life and asking nothing in return, he will be truly missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by; a step-daughter, Marie Childers of Romeo, MI; a sister, Jeanette (Beuchel) Bowers of Howe, IN; a brother-in-law, Carl E. Bowers of Howe, IN; 3 aunts, Patricia Richardson of Fort Wayne, IN, Jane Rodecap of Fremont, IN, Hilda Clevenger of Garrett, IN; an uncle, Paul Beuchel of Carmel, IN; 2 nieces and their husbands, Kathy & Amos Caudill of Kendallville, IN and Michelle Smallwood & Donald Russell of Spring Hill, FL; a nephew, Eugene M. Bowers II; 4 great-nephews, 8 great-nieces, 2 great-great nephews and 2 great-great nieces.

He was preceeded in death by: His parents, an infant sister - Barbara Ann Beuchel, a step-son - Jason Childers, a brother-in-law - Eugene M. Bowers, 2 nieces, Jacqueline May Kindig and Karrie Lynn Bowers.

A private memorial service is to be held at a later date.

Memorials are to the Heartland Hospice Home, Three Rivers, MI or to a charity of the donor's choice.
