Fred W. Stevens, of Twin Mills Camp Ground, Howe, IN and Anderson SC died Thursday September 29, 2011 at the camp ground.  He was born on June 13, 1933 in Charleston, SC to Fred and Leo (Thomas) Stevens.  Fred was an architect for the US Government Civil Corp of Engineers until his retirement.  He is survived by 1 son - Scott Stevens and 1 daughter - Shannon Alexander and his life long companion Barbara Beach.  According to his wishes, cremation will take place.  There will be a memorial service and burial in Magnolia Cemetery, Charleston, SC at a later date.  Arrangements are by Carney-Frost Funeral Home, LaGrange, IN.
