Christina Franklin, age 35, of 3615 N 425 W., LaGrange, IN died Monday May 9, 2011 at 10:48 p.m. following a long illness at Parkview LaGrange Hospital, LaGrange, IN. She was born on December 21, 1975 in Finley, OH to Lou & Connie (Moyer) Gonzalez. She married Gerald Franklin on April 25, 1998 at the United Methodist Church in Shipshewana, IN. He survives in LaGrange. Christina was a homemaker most of her married life. She is survived by; her mom & stepfather - Connie & Steven Ishmael of Elkhart, IN. 2 sons - Gerald Franklin, Jr and Brandon Franklin, both at home. 1 daughter - Kathy Franklin also at home. 1 sister - Amy & Trint Krontz of Branson, MO. Visitation will be held on Friday May 13, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Carney-Frost Funeral Home, LaGrange, IN. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. immediately following visitation with the Pastor Barry Sinclair officiating. Burial will be in Ontario Cemetery, Howe, IN.
