Gary D. Morris, 67, of Leavenworth, Indiana died on January 5, 2020 at his residence.  He was born on July 22, 1952 in English, Indiana to the late Vershel and Mary (Austin) Morris.

 

He was a building contractor with the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, Carpenters’ Local Union #631.

 

He is survived by his sons:  Asa Morris (Katy) of Marengo, Indiana and Rocky L. Morris of Fallbrook, California; a brother, Larry B. Morris of Crandall, Indiana; sisters:  Teresa Lynch of Leavenworth, Indiana and Linda McIntyre of Clarksville, Indiana; grandchildren:  Asa Morris Jr., Amber Morris, Oscar and Alan Morris, A.J. and Calvin Satterfield; and his companion, Kathy Kemp.

 

Funeral services will be on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana.  Interment will follow in the Batman Ridge Cemetery near Milltown, Indiana.

 

Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 from 4-8 p.m. and after 9:00 a.m. until time of the service at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, all at the funeral home.

 

Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana is entrusted with the arrangements.
