Vivian M. (Weathers) Jenkins, 84, died on December 18, 2019 at Harrison Healthcare in Corydon, Indiana. She was born on September 30, 1935 in Marengo, Indiana to the late Sherrill and Mabel Mae (Spraggins) Weathers.
She formerly owned Viv’s Bakery and managed Van’s Restaurant for nine years from 1983-1991. She was a member of the Faith Southern Baptist Church in Vallonia, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Billy G. Jenkins; a son, Billy Joe Jenkins; and brothers: Harold and Howard Weathers.
She is survived by her son, Roger L. Jenkins (Judy) of Marengo, Indiana; a daughter, Vicki Sue Miley (Bill) of Milltown, Indiana; a daughter-in-law, Mary Jenkins of Vallonia, Indiana; brothers, Harry L. Weathers of English, Indiana and Wayne Weathers of Depauw, Indiana; sisters: Gloria J. Bullington of Marengo, Indiana and Linda S. Woolems of English, Indiana; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at 12:00 noon at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana. Interment will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Depauw, Indiana.
Visitation will be on Friday, December 20, 2019 from 4-8 pm and after 9:00 am until time of the service at 12:00 noon, all at the funeral home.
Bro. Jason Cooper will officiate the service.
