Ronald E. Stone, 69, of Alton, Indiana died on September 25, 2019 at his residence.  He was born on May 20, 1950 in Lousiville, Kentucky to the late James E. Stone and Bertha (Rowe) Johnston.

He was a former inspector for Louisville Gas and Electric.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Jennifer Stone.

He is survived by his sons:  Patrick, Joshua, and Timothy Stone all of Louisville, Kentucky; a sister, Connie Stone of Louisville, KY and grandchildren:  Mariah, Ryan and Madilynn Stone.

A memorial service will be on Monday, September 30, 2019 at 6:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana.  Visitation will be on Monday, after 4:00 p.m. until time of the service at 6:00 pm at the funeral home.
