Jim F. (Hobbitt) Hughes, 57, of Marengo, Indiana died on November 14, 2018 at his residence. He was born on March 11, 1961 in Corydon, Indiana to the late Loren F. and Eloise A. (Hammond) Hughes.
He was a former loader operator for Robertson’s Quarry near Milltown, Indiana.
He is survived by his son, James F. Hughes II of Marengo, IN and daughter, Jessica A. Jones of Marengo, IN; a sister, Norma Barrett of Marengo, IN and grandchildren: Rylee and Anthony Hughes, Kayden, Iden, and Madlen Jones.
The funeral service will be on Sunday, November 18, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, IN. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until time of the service on Sunday at the funeral home.
Cremation will follow the service.
Rev. Philo Jones will officiate the service.
Brown Funeral Home in Milltown is entrusted with the arrangements.
