Thomas L. Hash, 56, of Milltown, Indiana died on March 27, 2018 at Baptist Health- Floyd in New Albany, Indiana. He was born on January 14, 1962 in Franklin, Indiana to Ora Mae Inabnitt Conrad and the late Curtis Hash.
He was a former diesel mechanic.
He was preceded in death by his father, Curtis Hash and brothers, Ronald K. and Steven C. Hash.
He is survived by his mother, Ora Mae Conrad of Milltown, IN; brother, Kevin L. Conrad of Milltown, IN; sisters, Cheryl G. Lincoln of Milltown, IN and Lisa G. Conrad of New Salisbury, IN.
A memorial service will be on Monday, April 2, 2018 at 7:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, IN.
Visitation will start at 4:00 pm until time of the service at 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
Bro. Harvey McAdams will officiate the service.
Cremation was chosen following Tom’s wishes.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana.
