James H. Small, 77, of Milltown, IN, died January 18, 2018 at Harrison County Hospital. He was born on March 29, 1940 in Crawford County, Indiana to the late James Winfield Small and Ethel House Small.
He was a retired laborer for Saulman Bros. and Asplund. He was of the Methodist Faith.
He is survived by his sons, James Edward Small of Palmyra, IN and Donnie Dewayne Small of Milltown, IN; a daughter, Angela K. Phillips of New Albany, IN; sisters, Hazel Zettia of Lafayette, IN, Shirley Shekells of Fredonia, IN, and Clara McClure of Marengo, IN; 3 grandchildren, Savannah, Chantel, and Desirea; and 4 great-grandchildren, Avery Marie G., Makayla, Braydyn, and Robert.
Funeral services will be on Monday, January 22, 2018 at 1:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, IN. Interment will follow in the Leavenworth Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be on Sunday, January 21, 2018, from 4-8 p.m. and after 10 a.m. on Monday, January 22, 2018 all at the funeral home.
Arrangements are under the care of Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana.
