David E. Brown, 58, of Marengo, IN died on August 9, 2016 at his home. He was born on April 23, 1958 in Lincoln, Illinois where he was raised by his grandparents, James and Gracie Goodman.
He was owner-operator of Daves Auto Glass and was a member of the Carefree Christian’s Missionary Church.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and his grandson, Welsey J. Cox.
He is survived by his wife, Betty L. Richardson Brown of Marengo, IN; sons, Johnny L. Cox of Marengo, IN and Billy J. Cox (Mary) of Depauw, IN; a daughter, Suzanne L. Cox of Crandall, IN; 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
A private graveside service will be on Sunday, August 14, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Marengo Cemetery.
Bro. Morris Larimore will officiate the service.
Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, IN is entrusted with arrangements.
