Debra Sue Seacat Winters, 57, died Saturday, April 4, 2015 at the home of her son Gabe Talley near English, IN.  She was born on August 29, 1957 in Harrison County, Indiana to Harold Seacat Sr. and the late Delores Eastridge  McDonald.

 

She was a homemaker and was of the Christian Faith.

 

She is survived by her father, Harold Seacat Sr. of Shoals, IN; sons, Anthony Ransom of Louisville, KY and Gabe Talley of English, IN; daughters, Angella Talley of Leavenworth, IN and Brandy Hopkins of Tell City, IN; brothers, Harold Seacat Jr. of Marengo, IN and Sam McDonald of Depauw, IN; sisters, Patricia Dearborn and Tammy Bernardi both of Marengo, IN; grandchildren, Alexander, Shane, Brian, and Shyla Ingle, Noah Joshua, and Eden Talley.

 

The funeral service will be on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 1:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, IN.

 

Visitation will be from 2-8 pm on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 and from 9:00 am until time of the service on Wednesday at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, IN.

 

Interment will follow in the Milltown Cemetery.

 

Bro. Morris Larimore will officiate the service.

 

Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, IN was entrusted with the arrangements.
