John G. Vausha Jr., 62, of Ramsey, IN died on December 28, 2013 at the Harrison County Hospital.  He was born on December 11, 1951 in Jeffersonville, IN to the late John G. Vausha Sr. and Joannail M. Smallwood.

He was a mechanic at Gurtz Auto Salvage.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Marty Dearborn Robinson.

He is survived by his son, John G. Vausha III of English, IN; daughters, Maria Lenard of English, IN and Diana K. Montgomery of Taswell, IN; brothers, Roger Robinson of Corydon, IN, Terry “J.R.” Vausha of New Albany, IN and James Robinson of Georgia; 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

The funeral service will be on Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at 2:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, IN.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am until time of the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Cremation will follow the service.
