Christine A. Edwards Sturgeon, 53, of English, IN passed from this life on August 24, 2013 at her residence. She was born on September 29, 1959 in Michigan City, IN to David G. Bolen Sr. and the late Patricia Ann Tracy Bolen.
She was a former employee of Jasper Engines in Carefree, IN.
She is survived by her husband, David L. Sturgeon of English, IN; father, David G. Bolen Sr. of Leitchfield, KY; daughters, Autumn Dawn Tarter of Jeffersonville, IN and Madison Sturgeon of English, IN; brothers, Carl Edwards of Palmyra, IN, David Bolen Jr. of Jeffersonville, IN, Clint Bolen of Corydon, IN; sisters, Constance Hamilton of Ekron, KY, Caren Edwards of Marengo, IN, and Kelly Dillard of Brownstown, IN.
The funeral service will be on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at 1:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, IN.
Vistation will be from 4-8 pm on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 and after 9:00 am until time of the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Interment will follow in the Thompson Chapel Cemetery.
Pastor Joyce Beasley will officiate the service.
