Jo'an and I want to express our sympathies and condolences to the entire Miller family. I knew Chuck for over 40 years and consider him one of my best friends. Over the years we worked on many home projects and it always a joy spending time with Chuck and Betty. When Chuck and Betty moved to the Binghamton area their absence was missed; a necessary move for Chuck and Betty to be closer to their family.
